Veterans Affairs T4NG Transformation Support Services (TSS)

Gen3 provides a wide range of support to our VA client and Prime, to include ATO support, cyber risk management, medical device protection, SharePoint development, systems administration, vulnerability management and remediation, NIST compliance, and OIG audit findings remediation.

Veterans Affairs T4NG Security Control Assessments (SCA) Support

Gen3 conducts Security Control Assessments (SCA) of VA systems, in accordance with NIST and RMF. We review system scans, assess plans, leverage GRC tools such as eMass and Risk Vision, and develop the Security Assessment Report (SAR).

Veterans Affairs T4NG Enterprise Security Operations (ESO) Program Management

Gen3 provides program management, governance, and communication support for the 350+ Information System Security Officers (ISSOs) and ESO leadership. We helped ESO identify and manage the annual “Top 5” strategic priorities, form and run multiple steering communities, and work to eliminate Office of the Inspector General (OIG) material weakness findings.

Veterans Affairs T4NG Privacy Compliance Support Services (PCSS)

Gen3 helped VA Privacy Service develop a strategic PMO implementation plan, ensure Privacy Act compliance, manage Computer Matching Agreements (CMA), and supported the development of the Social Security Number Reduction (SSNR) congressional report.
